After nearly three decades of service, Hillocc Surveyors—one of Brisbane’s most trusted names in land surveying—has officially been acquired by House Surveys Australia, a subsidiary of AFR Fast 100 company, Bennet + Bennett.

Founded in 1995 by Brian Hillam and Nick Iocco, Hillocc has built an enduring legacy of technical excellence, personalised service, and community trust. Their work has shaped thousands of projects across South East Queensland, and their reputation has earned them deep respect throughout the surveying industry.

On April 1st, 2025, Hillocc took its next step forward—joining the House Surveys Australia Group to expand its reach, resources, and impact. We’re proud to share that both Brian and Nick will remain with the business long-term, stepping into senior leadership roles within House Surveys Australia’s Brisbane South operations:

• Brian Hillam as Regional Manager, Brisbane South

• Nick Iocco as Survey Manager, Brisbane South

This achievement is the result of not just decades of hard work, but also a focused effort in recent years to increase profitability, scale the business, and ensure a smooth pathway to succession.
